Attention all units, report of a attempt to locate on a reckless driver. Authority West Valley, break. All units continuing, vehicle was seen at 4000 West, 4700 South. Vehicle described as a black Volkswagen Teguan. Complainant advised that there's an infant sitting on the driver's lap. In state 28 of Tango, 479 Zulu Mike, break. Direction of travel was westbound on 4700 South. Complainant also stated that there was a brown dog in the passenger's seat.
