Draper 58, can you copy a motor assist that's blocking traffic? Copy. It's going to be 11400 South State Street, just south of the intersection. It's a black Ford SUV stalled in traffic. They've been there for about 15 minutes. Or actually, correction, it looks like the caller passed by and saw them there about 15 minutes ago.
