1 Charlie 7. Charlie 7 en route. Charlie 7, 10-4, you're authorized to Code 3. It's a 211 at the 1000 block of Cerritos Avenue. Started as a 242, was changed to a 211. Suspect is not 97. Male, Black, ski mask, wearing a gray sweater, black pants. Looks like the suspect swung at the victim's face and chest area and tried to take her phone. No weapons seen.
