35th Street. Neighbors assaulted the caller's boyfriend, female in a pink shirt, gray pants, and beige shoes. States the suspect's name is Janice Rivera, and she had a gun. She tried pulling a gun on them, but she took it back in the house. It's a black handgun. The suspect lives at 2445 East 35th Street. Two females outside, assaulting the caller's boyfriend.
