25, getting multiple calls of a theft in progress. 2754 North Clybourn at Ota Beauty. They said a male Black wearing a red sweater and a male Black wearing all black is harassing customers and stealing. I have multiple reports against them. They stated that they took book bags full of perfume. 10-4.
