Fulson units broadcasting a road rage, Fulton Lake Crossing, East Natoma. It's a white pickup landscaping truck and a black Ford Newark pickup approaching Blue Ravine. RP's not involved in the road rage. Unknown what started it. Looks like they were chasing each other. And RP no longer has a visual.
