MedVal, MD 111, 5077. Can you copy a driver? 91. 77. It's going to be 7227 South State Street at the Walgreens. Caller looks location, stating a vehicle that's in the parking lot, almost hit a pedestrian with their vehicle. Caller states that he's acting strange as well. He's now walking around. States he's walking around the building from the parking lot. Caller states it doesn't look like any medical is needed. I'll advise on further.
