914. 14 is coming over as a person with a gun, but it happened on the Expressway. 31st and then Dan Ryan Inbound, Inbound 31st Street. Stated it was a Nissan truck that pulled a gun in a road rage incident. ISP was notified. Then the caller found a trooper while on the phone with 911. So, handle accordingly.
