North Port 1 Edward 12, 1065 at signal 30. 51 to 2128 Alliance Avenue, 2128 Alliance, Edward 1, cross of North Chamberlain and Baltimore Street. Complainant advised he does work for a decking company. Advising a time lapse of 10 to 15 minutes. States there was a male on a bike who possibly took two rubber bags. They each weigh about 75 to 100 pounds each. He advised he did not seat the male with the bags, but that he had a backpack on. Last seen towards Baltimore. For more information, visit www.fema.gov.
