1722. 22. 722, units in the 17th district and citywide, again, a theft in progress at Elston and Kennecott. Kennecott and Elston in the alley. Jimmy is the caller, says that he sees a male white trying to steal a dog. The male's wearing a red hat, gray jacket, blue jeans, and nothing further on that. Zone 1 radio is clear. 10-4.
