17740 Lakeshore Boulevard, apartment number 301. My caller states his neighbor in unit 101 is in his parking spot and is refusing to move. States male now is irate with caller and belligerent. No threats being made, though. He's a black male, no clothing description, no weapons involved. It's a code 3, CAD 59.
