DY pending, Waterman and Elk Grove Boulevard for a white single-carv pickup truck with a driver who left northbound after doing a burnout in the parking lot. Martender refused to serve him more as he came in HPD. Driver's a WMA, mid to late 30s, 6 foot, red hair, wearing a black Volcom t-shirt.
