The daytime shootings are a result of criminals being allowed off curfew between 7am to 7pm. We need these judges to do more to protect our communities. Ankle monitors don’t work when they are allowed to roam the streets for 12 hours a day. Only results in our children out playing becoming possible victims to harden criminals doing their crimes during the day.
