742, 753, armed party, 1388 Gaither. It's going to be a room in the house. Complainant is Calvin Hargrove. He's calling regarding a resident, male, black, Heywood Cooper, white shirt, brown pants, who's intoxicated and involved with another female resident. Expecting to shoot the resident up and return to the residence with other people. We received another call regarding the same subject. Advised that he left the scene on foot northbound Gaither and then eastbound on Parkway.
