Livermore park at times becomes a gathering spot for people loitering ,smoking/drinking very often not from Folsom. There really needs more police presence here because this is a nice family/recreation oriented facility. More patrols are needed. Volleyball, kids water and play area, softball fields. These outside trouble makers have been coming in frequently causing a disturbance and taking over the park.
