 Informant, the property manager, stated he went to the LOC to show a house and found a male, white, 40s, white shirt, red shirt, and blue shorts and black shoes.

 House was supposed to be vacant, now sitting on the front porch, asked him to leave, but he's refusing.

 DP followed informant into LOC after informant unlocked it to show the house.

 He was shown the house too, no force of entry, DP is still refusing to leave.
