 Information around tree-ness of a hazard pending. U.S. 50 eastbound at sunrise. On the northbound side of sunrise on the overpass.

 Homeless subject was seen throwing trash and debris, possibly metal objects, onto westbound 50.

 On ramp WMA 40 to 50, thin, gray shirt, blue jeans, no weapons seen. I'll be sure that C.C. should also advise the CHB.
