Information Rancho units, came in as a well, check. Zippendale International, two ago, caller saw a blue mid-size hatchback with a toddler sticking their head out of the rear window. Caller thinks the toddler was not in the car seat and is concerned for the child's safety. Vehicle was last seen driving eastbound international towards Zippendale. 5-4 Sam, copy. 10-4.
