10-4, it's going to be at Arnold and Eastway Drive. It's going to be at the site where the new homes are being built. It's reference to a bystander standing there watching the property. Complainant's concerned because copper usually gets stolen from the new homes. Looking for a white shirt, jogging pants. Same subject was there yesterday.
