214. 214, it's coming in as an auto theft just occurred, but more like attempted auto theft. 3900 South Federal. Male, Black, short dread, gray jogging suit, just tried to steal the caller's white Kia Soul, busted the window. He has a screwdriver, walking eastbound on the state, on Persian Road. The male is the same offender who stole her sedan last week.
