That's a bunch of BS! I'm from DC, 4th generation born and raised. The Reflecting Pool has 24 hour cameras, so no way a few people destroyed a $15M "repair job". That was botched from the beginning, from the huge price tag to the inexperienced pool boy. Plus refilling it with Potomac River water that has its own algae blooms and a recent contamination didn't help. This madness was followed up by adding gallons of hydrogen peroxide to the mix. No wonder there were dead ducks floating in the pool. SCAM!!
