A female in a champagne-colored light model Toyota 410 with an unknown plate was following the complainant and taking pictures of the complainant's vehicle. They kept taking pictures of other vehicles as well, but nobody is behind her now, and she doesn't know the license plate. Last seen northbound on 32nd Street. 1509, info only.
