CO2 414 Northeast, do you have any more info on that 10-4 Explorer? On my hand is the 10-4 Explorer, tag is unknown. Possibly headed to 195. State police was notified, Black male with dreads. Received. Anything on 10, any stickers, anything like that? 811, and... Going to be two Black males with both arms have dreads, said, 195, not sure if it went north or south, but it is a Pennsylvania.
