953, 963, 965, armed mental consumer called at 4450 Passeridge Cove. Patricia Wilson is the complainant. Caller regarding her husband, 59-year-old male, Black, Perry Wilson, diagnosed with bipolar and schizophrenia. He is not carrying his medications. He's known to carry a gun. And he is armed with a pocket knife. Complainant advised the subject is seeing things, having an episode. He's changed the locks and is locked in the residence. She is parked down the street for her own safety in a burgundy Toyota Avalon. She is armed with a gun.
