610, animal complaint, 3823 West Central, La Bacalla. Richard is reporting dogs at this location have been an issue. He did contact dog warden as well. Looks like a 15-year-old was in charge of taking care of them, five dogs in total. We did just do a call back and they're still being an issue. 3823 West Central, 610.
