526, an armed party, 3160 Tutwiler. Robert Smith is the complainant. We received this through a text. He advised he needed police and also a knife is involved. The complainant refused to answer any of the call text questions. Just advised he will tell police on the scene. 3160 Tutwiler Avenue, last 4 of the CAD, 0938. 526. Check. Jackson and Macon.
