14 550, 15 550, armed party, 3836 Kipling Avenue. Latrice Jackson is your complainant. She's calling regarding her neighbor's two dogs that keep getting yelled and trying to attack her. Getting out in the interior, it's a brown and a white one. She advised the dogs charged her and chased the juvenile as well. Complainant's a female, Black, purple, and white pajamas, threatening to shoot the dogs repeatedly. She refused to stay with her gun.
