And 1234 on a 927 in progress, 2117 Sam Street, apartment 206. Subject was circling around the building, yelling, banging on the complainant's door. He's male, Hispanic, 50s, white baseball cap, blue shirt and jeans. Now at the complainant's door, banging again, no weapons seen.
