Roger. 313A, one-year possible Brooklyn photo vehicle suspect at 4140 Somerset Drive is now an attempt arson suspect. The PR is in a 2025 white Honda Accord. The suspect is on the influence of alcohol and or narcotics. Put an unknown liquid on PR's vehicle and around the property, attempting to light it on fire.
