9090. 9090. Can you check on this for 816, please? At 70 eastbound and College Avenue. Passerby saw a teenage male walking on the side of the freeway. Didn't see a broken down vehicle around. He was walking eastbound. Male, black, looks like he's around 15. He has on a jersey, gray or khaki shorts and a backpack. He's just before 33 on the burn. 9090, my dad copy.
