Charles 67, 69 to start for a 952, 6100 40th Avenue, correction, 48th Avenue, 6C. The subject in the parking lot with a stick yelling, has a 6-year-old child with him, unknown if he's hitting the vehicle or what he's doing. When asked further questions, caller is now stating it's been going on since yesterday and that the subject, their ex, has a large stick that's hitting the stairs and yelling. The nephew is 6-years-old. It's a 952, 6100 40th Avenue, 6C.
