2 Charles 32 to start, 211 time element, 300 Burkut Drive, the Denny's. 15 ago off Richards Boulevard. Caller's bicycle and cell phone were stolen by a female. Female just walked up and grabbed it from them. It was female, 5'5", middle-aged with short hair, shirt, and jeans. Has two bicycles with her. Last seen at the apartment complex near Township Light Rail Station. Caller's bike is black. The female's is maroon. 211 time element, 300 Burkut Drive, 3A. Sam 3, copy? Sam 3, copy.
