Rally to Southwest units in the area of I-40 eastbound and Gorman Street. Be on the lookout for a white Ford F-450 work truck driven by a possible white male. Swerving back and forth, possibly 10-55. Last seen passing Lake Wheeler, exit 297. The truck has PRC construction on it. Authority concerned, citizen, my time 23.
