Alarm to the 13th, a long-worn has-been call, mobilization point, 125 West 26th Street, 6th and 7th Avenue of La Cora. Said in regards to a confirmed, attempted 30, looking for a male, Black, about 50-years-old, 6 foot, heavy set, white tongue top, blood on foot, eastbound towards 6th Avenue.
