616. 616. There's no gun, apparently it was a dispute over a female and her complainant hit his head with a brick. There's a large gas on the back of his head, bleeding pretty good. Medics are on location. Flash is a Hispanic male wearing all black, south on Kensington on the west side, maybe around 24, 2500 blocks. The long beard.
