Southeast Beat 12, Charles 436 and 431, a possible burglary in progress to a residence at 2029 Southeastern Avenue, apartment number 3. There is a male that was evicted from the location. They are reporting that he was seen inside the residence. A Black male, 6 feet tall, bald, unknown clothing. Ram 435, I'm right around the corner. 436. Both units at 2042. Cars just information wreck, vehicle 5100 South Emerson. Southbound on Emerson, a tan four-door car all over the road, driving around and on the curb. 10-4.
