311, 321, 956, check for an immediate response weapon. 14 West Oakland near Cottage and Franklin. Caller says that there's three juveniles with masks on, have guns in their pockets. They're in the alley towards La Grange, chasing three other juveniles. They're all black males wearing hoodies. The caller kept changing details of the incident.
