1227, suspicious person. 1227. 1636 Main Street, apartment 2. The complainant saw a male looking into his windows, claiming to be a police officer. It was a male, black, mid-30s, 6 foot, wearing a green jacket and black pants. Suspect is in the parking lot now, but the complainant does want to speak to police.
