I called it in as non-emergent minor unaccompanied in parking lot asking for money or a ride
I believe this is the same kid that tried to ask for ride to Walmart at the Kroger store earlier today, i tried to tell him how unsafe it was and that i would not take him. Then when i went to go to gas station at Kroger he was there asking other strangers fir a ride, then he came to me again and that is when i asked where he lived, and this is the area he described as close to home. he asked for food money when i did not have any to give he then asked for a ride to Walmart again . Young black male white hoodie black shorts, black backpack.
