Beach Grove 57, Beach Grove 52, 1837. It's a white male, possibly intoxicated, in a neon yellow shirt and a white semi, license plate 10375 Paul Tom. There's a red circle logo on the back. He's parked outside the road. Callers see him drinking alcohol and he also... Almost wrecked multiple vehicles.
