4 Lincoln 1. Lincoln 1, go ahead. Lincoln 1, got a report from Control 2, which is the facility's dispatch of a suspicious package near parking lot 3, close to the entrance to their yard, behind King Hall. They found a paper bag with some wires and a rod sticking out of it. It is taped up. They just didn't want to mess with it.
