Torrance - across from The Vitamin Shoppe/ Trader Joe's.
Itd be nice to know if he was actually doing something nefarious - otherwise it sounds like potential misconduct by the police...let's hope we get some more details - this kind of thing should be a matter of community awareness , thank you for posting it.
They don't have to tell the community when they are pulling someone over or and making an arrest and even if they witnessed something they don't have to let the community know that's like telling everyone when you are dropping a deuce
So a guy is walking down the street when officers give chase on foot, tackle him to the group tackle him to the ground?
