I don’t know the situation, but just bc kids are out in an enclosed patio, doesn’t mean there isn’t someone supervising from inside.
@Alea84 Doesn’t mean there is, either - or that they may be having a medical emergency or otherwise “indisposed”.
I will never understand how it's considered safe to make a public alert with an address, that small kids are outside without supervision. Have seen this before. Consider making such a call more broad when involving kids.

That’s my apartment and the kids are very supervised with my dad while I’m working so whoever reported this here TF I come!!!!!
But they are hanging off the banisters by their feet.
