District 1 with a watch commander to copy for mental health, a 415 weapon, 7030 5th Avenue. Complaintant says her daughter, 15-years-old, is armed with a knife and is banging on the bedroom door. Said she threatened a 902A and harmed the complainant with a knife. They're screaming heard in the background. The complainant is locked in the bedroom. There's no one else in the home.
