Red Car 601, be advised, he gave a description, said he was wearing a black puffer coat, wearing a hat, unknown color, black pants. Said he took his phone and his ID. His phone is currently pending at the corner of Plainview and Kendall. Alright, good on that. Have the primary unit make the house for more info. All the other assisting units, go north of the run location, see if we can't find this guy. That's clear, copy. Copy.
