Unit backup unit 2, it's going to be two Black male juveniles running up and hitting cars and then taking off, running. The RP's advising they're doing this about every 15 minutes. The first subject's going to be a BMJ, gray shirt, unknown color shorts. Second BMJ, unknown clothing for him. And they're saying that they're running back and forth through the bushes. RP is requesting contact.
