Information only for the Northern 5 car. Regarding a 488 suspect that just occurred at 2336 Chestnut between Scott and Divisadero. RP advising there's an Asian male with a metal grinders trying to steal a e-bike. Male was able to steal it. Unknown direction of travel. Possibly on Scott towards Marina. Information only, under CAD 2832.
