There's a blacked out motorcycle going northbound on State from 33rd. He was doing a wheelie all the way from 39th. He just fled from him. Pursuing if you could advise Salt Lake. I copy. He also has no 28. 10-4. Black motorcycle, blacked out, negative 28, northbound from 33rd south on State. Affirm. It looks like the driver might have had a 88 in his right waistband towards his back. Possible 10-88, I copy.
