Medic 84 and White City 87, copy on a vandalism in progress. 84. 87. 7643 South Allen Street, 625 West. Just in the last couple minutes, complainant states they live at this location and a transient female was verbal with the complainant and then threw rocks at the vehicle. It'll be a 30-year-old white female, 5'7", small build, last seen wearing a pink dress, no shoes, last seen going southbound on Allen, possibly intoxicated, only had the rocks as far as weapons. Information still.
