117, SO. 117. Paseo westbound at the river, vehicle traveling at an extreme higher rate of speed, blacked out. I'm unable to get turned around quick enough to catch up to this. You can notify PD and check on air support. 10-4, you could out there in that transmission, you advise Paseo westbound at Rio Grande, welcome to vehicle 49. The smaller four-door sedan is completely blacked out, traveling inbound, 98 miles an hour.
